Costa Brava wedding photography

Few photos from our trip to Barcelona and Costa Brava.  We were really looking forward to this trip, mostly because the weather in Scotland this year is really bad, so we were hoping to catch a bit of sunshine. To our disappointment the weather in Lloret del Mar, our first stop, was even worst than in Glasgow.  We’ve managed to explore the coast a little bit, but most of the time it either rained or was to windy to get out from the car. In the end I managed to take a few photos and once we moved to Barcelona the weather improved a little bit. I took only one 35mm prime lens with me, to try to be a little bit more creative and it worked quite well. The problem with being a wedding photographer is that once on holiday I really feel bad taking the camera with everywhere, as it’s a bit unfair to my wife. I had to really force myself to leave it in the hotel or to stop taking photos of every flower, tree or tourist attraction. My plan was to avoid the busiest parts ( although that’s not really possible in May in Barcelona ) and show everything in slightly different perspective. Here’s the first few photos…
