Laura and Martin - wedding at Plas Rhianfa, Beaumaris, Wales

Laura and Martin’s wedding must be one of the most beautiful weddings I have ever photographed. Everything was perfect – the weather, the location and the fantastic venue Plas Rhianfa in Beaumaris. It’s the type of wedding every photographer ( and every bride to be ) dreams about. Laura and Martin are a really fantastic couple, clearly in love in each other and even if I only met them the day before the wedding it was a pleasure to work with them. Their families and friends were so happy for them, it was great so see it and just to be there. Everyone seemed so relaxed and with the beautiful surroundings and really amazing weather, it had to be one of the easiest weddings I’ve ever covered as well ( apart from the harsh shadows from an usually bright sunshine ). Plas Rhianfa is an absolutely unique venue, with stunning gardens and amazing interior. Every room is different and the one were Laura was getting ready was just fabulous. I had to really stop myself from photographing every small detail in the hotel. There’s really not much I can say apart from a big thank you to Laura and Martin for being so chilled – not only I’ve taken some amazing photos but I also had a great weekend in Anglesey ( their wedding day was on my birthday ). I was so looking forward so see their photos even the 300miles drive back to Glasgow straight after the wedding didn’t seem as long as I thought it will be.
