Dundas Castle wedding - Stacy and Jorge

I’ve photographed some amazing castle weddings all over Scotland, and these weddings are my favourite type apart from elopements. It’s easy to tell why. Most of the castles are surrounded by beautiful scenery, and offer a lot if Scottish weather decides to go a bit crazy. When Stacy and Jorge contacted me about their Dundas Castle wedding a few things made me excited – the location, the fact that Stacy is a photographer herself, but most of all their story. Stacy and Jorge come from opposite site of the world, and but somehow managed to meet, fall in love and get married. Jorge comes from Mexico, one of my favourite countries in the world, and from my experience weddings where two different cultures meet add another layer to the special day. So, to cut the story short. Here we are, Stacy and Jorge’s own version of the royal wedding. Enjoy.
