Let’s be honest, everyone loves an outdoor wedding. Outdoor weddings are relaxed, offer more freedom in terms of photography, there’s usually a beautiful view in the background, and they seem to be become more and more popular. You’d be correct in thinking that Finland is not the first place couples consider, when they plan a destination wedding abroad. If your dreaming about the ceremony outside and a beautiful weather then most couples think Italy or Spain, . This will change hopefully, as I can honestly say that after visiting Finnish countryside a couple of times, Finland is one of the most beautiful and pristine countries I’ve ever been to. I even joked to Jason and Jessica, who I have an honour to photograph there, that I’ve added owning a cabin somewhere next to a beautiful lake as another of my live goals. It’s just serene.
Needless to say, I can’t wait to visit the country again, and if it won’t be for the wedding, then hopefully for the World Rally Championship round. Rallying, if you don’t know that yet, was the reason why I bought my first camera, and Finland is the country where it’s a national sport.
